If a product is currently available online, a yellow "Add to Cart" button will appear directly below the price on the product's listing and detail pages.
If a product is out of stock, the product will display the Earliest Available Date. You can still purchase the product and collect/ receive delivery on the specified date.
- Online vs. Store Product Range

Our online product range will, from time to time, differ from the range you see in our stores. This maybe due to limited product quantities or special online promotions for a limited period.
- Limited Product Quantities

We want as many people as possible to take advantage of our offers. That's why we may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions include orders placed from the same Courts Webstore account or credit card, and sometimes even orders that use the same billing and/ or delivery address. Should a restriction apply, notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address you provided.
- Out-of-stock Checks

When displayed products in Courts Webstore is available at the time of browsing but out of stock when payment is made, we will send an email or call you to keep you posted on availability. This practice will vary by product and situation, and limited quantities or other circumstances may result in this check. |
COLLECTION & DELIVERY
- Delivery Methods

We offer 2 types of delivery for your orders from Courts Webstore, listed in order from shortest to longest delivery time frames:
- Click & Collect: If you order on any day from Monday to Thursday and Sunday, you can collect your purchases from your chosen store in 3 calendar days. If you order on a Friday or a Saturday, you can collect your purchases in 4 calendar days. This is absolutely free of charge.
- Click & Deliver: A Courts representative will call you within the next working day from the acceptance of your online Sales Order to arrange delivery. A delivery charge of S$39.90 applies irrespective of the size or value of the shopping cart. The delivery charges apply to all items delivered to one address for orders made in one cart. NO DELIVERY TO PO BOX.
(Working days include Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.15pm and Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm.) If you order two or more items, you can choose different delivery methods during the check-out process. When you review the order total, you will see the changes to the delivery rates. If you are not available to collect/receive the Goods personally, you may authorise someone who is above the age of 18 to collect/receive the item on your behalf. The authorised person must prepare the following at time of collection/delivery:
- Authorisation letter endorsed by you (click here to download the authorisation letter)
- A copy of your Purchase Confirmation Email
- A copy of your NRIC/Employment Pass
- His/her own NRIC/Employment Pass and is prepared to give a copy of the same upon collection

- Click & Collect

Once you place your item in the cart, you can choose if you would like to pick up from the store yourself. There are 9 store options provided to your convenience - Ang Mo Kio, Bukit Timah, Causeway Point, Funan DigitaLife Mall, Jurong Point, Lot One, Megastore, Tampines Mall and Toa Payoh.
If you do not collect your goods within 1 month from the stipulated date on your purchase confirmation email, a Courts representative will contact you. If you still do not collect your purchases within 14 days after the notification call, storage and administration charges of $100 may apply.
- Changing Delivery Information

You can modify your delivery information online anytime prior to placing an order. Please sign in to your account on www.courts.com.sg and change your delivery information under My Account.
- Delivery Restrictions

Please note that Courts Webstore products cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Air-conditioners are not available for online purchase on Courts Webstore. |
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
- Apply for an exchange/ return

If you're not happy with the product you have purchased, you can apply for an exchange or return within 7 days from date of collection/ delivery. In order for us to process your request, please follow the guidelines below.
- The returned product must be in its original condition, including the box, guarantee card and your valid purchase confirmation email/ sales receipt from Courts.
- Please note that free gifts, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.
- In the event of a cancellation with no exchange in product, a refund will be given in the same mode of payment that was used in the original purchase.
- If delivery has taken place, refunds will exclude the delivery charges paid.
- For delivered purchases

Complete the Exchange/ Return Request form and submit online. A representative from Courts will contact you within the next working day to arrange for collection of defective Goods.
- For self-collected purchases

Return the Goods to the store that you have collected from originally (Courts Ang Mo Kio, Bukit Timah, Causeway Point, Funan DigitaLife Mall, Jurong Point, Lot One, Megastore, Tampines Mall or Toa Payoh). Please bring along the purchase confirmation email/ sales receipt at time of return/exchange.
- Non-exchangeable/ Non-returnable items

Certain categories cannot be exchanged or returned after usage, such as PDAs, mobile phones, game consoles, made-to-order/ custom-made furniture, installed air-conditioners and personal care products. Softwares have to be unopened to be exchanged/ returned.
- Refusing an item upon delivery

You may choose to refuse an item that is incorrect, defective or damaged upon delivery. Submit your request here and we will attend to you within the next working day.
- Returning promotional items and bundles

Courts Webstore occasionally offers purchase with purchase or enhanced savings on a bundle of items when they are purchased together. The refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gifts or discount.
- Courts Webstore discretion

MY ACCOUNT

To update your contact information, sign in to Courts.com.sg and go to My Account. You can update information at this page. In My Account, you may also view and/or update:
- E-mail address
- Contact numbers
- Passwords
- Delivery addresses
- Communication preferences
- E-Mail Options

Your Courts.com.sg account gives you the option of receiving e-mails or occasional direct mail from Courts. If you elect to receive mailings, you will enjoy great benefits and savings such as digital coupons, promotion information, exclusive online offers, invitations to our preferred customer weekends, and much more. To set your e-mail preferences:
- Select My Account and sign in.
- Select your topics of interests under Hobbies/Interest
- Check/ Un-check "I would like to subscribe to Courts Email Exclusives and receive special offers and promotions."
- Click on Save Changes
- Forgotten Password

Forgot your password? No problem. We'll simply e-mail you a new one. (For your security, we remove all billing information from your account when we e-mail your new password.) We recommend that you periodically update your password for security purposes, and retain it for future reference.
- Change Password

Follow these simple steps in My Account to change your password:
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password (twice).
- Update your Security answer
- Click on Save Changes
You can begin using your new password immediately.
- Log-In Difficulty

If you're experiencing difficulty logging in, we may have locked your account for security purposes, making it temporarily inaccessible. Please e-mail us at privacy@courts.com.sg stating your purpose of the mail. Alternatively, you can leave your number here and we shall return your call in 1 working day. |

- Opt in / Opt out

After you shop with us online or in store, we may occasionally contact you through mail, email or over the phone regarding special offers, promotions and other content. However, you can opt out of receiving this information at any time. From My Account, you can choose to receive or refuse Courts e-mails and direct mail communications. Please follow these steps once you've logged in:
- Choose 'My Account' in the upper right-hand column of Courts Webstore.
- Uncheck "I would like to subscribe to Courts Email Exclusives and receive special offers and promotions."
- Select 'Save Changes'
